Outlines requirements for the use of American-made steel, iron, and manufactured products in transportation projects funded with federal dollars.

Applies to iron, steel, and iron and steel products that are to be permanently incorporated into a Federal Highway Administration project.

Also applies to Federal Transit Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and AMTRAK projects with varying standards for each project type.

All manufacturing processes of Buy America products must take place domestically.
